Teams are made up of 6 players with 5 balls in play and matches are played to either 8 or 15 minute halves with individual games lasting no more than 3 minutes. There are set court sizes per age group with the sport typically played indoors in a sports hall, but it can be adapted for outdoors or even the beach. You can even play while bouncing, thanks to the growing number of trampoline parks.
