Gymnastics isn’t just one activity, it’s a whole range of different activities/ disciplines, which makes it suitable for all ages and abilities.

All are skilled and challenging and require physical strength, agility and co-ordination.

Why is it good for me?

Gymnastics is great for learning new skills and movement, as well as testing your memory with new routines. It’s can be a great group activity, but doesn’t need to be competitive so you can choose to simply enjoy the way your body moves. Plus, learning how to do somersaults, flips and tricks makes you feel amazing!

How much does it cost?

Sessions start from around £3.50.  You don’t have to be a member before you start and if you decide gymnastics is for you, you can become a member of a club and British Gymnastics.  Membership will vary according to your age, but typically costs between £20 and £40 annually.

What equipment do i need?
