The programme has been extremely successful, and we want you to help make 2025 even better! If you already have a team, then get ready for the next season by inviting more people to take up the challenge and if you want to take on the challenge with your work colleagues to collectively try and move more, then now is the perfect time to join.

The 2025 season dates are:

Season 4: 22 January to 2 April

Season 5: 7 May to 16 July

Season 6: 10 September to 19 November
