Keeping Your Child Safe in Sport Week 2025

September 30, 2025
NSPCC - Keeping Your Child Safe in Sport Week 6-12 October 2025
This year’s NSPCC Keeping Your Child Safe in Sport Campaign runs from 6 – 12 October 2025 and we’re asking sports parents to play their part and talk to their children about how they can bring out their best through positive actions and support.
We want parents to consider how they show support before, during and after sport and physical activity. Help us get this message out. Let’s make it easier for parents to have a conversation with their child so all children can thrive in sport.
As a club or physical activity provider you can ask your parents to:
- Watch a video to hear real children and parents discuss which parent actions matter most and why these actions can bring out their best available on the CPSU You Tube Channel >> click here
- Download questions to help parents start conversations with their own child about the kind of support that works for them - download Let's Talk Questions for Parents >> click here
- Download the Play Your Part Wallet Cards. A tri-fold wallet card, which can printed, folded and handed out to parents and carers at events or sport sessions to support their actions. A PDF version to attach to emails or use on digital platforms is also provided >> click here
- And talk to their child about what they can do to help them bring out their best
