Situated at the very southern tip of Lake Windermere, Fell Foot is a great, family friendly location to play, explore and relax. Sweeping lawns offer plenty of space for games, picnics and gentle walks, while easy lake access makes the park perfect for paddling, swimming and boating. Fell Foot's brand new Active Base is a place for you to come and try water sports on the shores of Windermere. You can enjoy state of the art facilities, including underfloor heated changing rooms, hot showers, and secure lockers while you enjoy Windermere to the full.

Opportunities for Disabled People	Yes Accessible toilets in main car park and Active Base (for access to the Active Base WC please obtain a key from the café or shop); a Changing Places toilet is available in the Boatshed open between 10am and 5pm. Slings must be provided by the user; grounds are partly accessible, grass and loose gravel paths, steep slopes, undulating terrain; an all-terrain wheelchair is available for use. Exercise on referral scheme "Healthwise". Healthwise introduces people to the benefits of physical activity to help reduce risk factors for chronic disease and manage existing medical conditions with potential to lessen medication use. The programme aims to encourage people of all ages and abilities to become and remain more physically active, improve health and well-being and be more confident in all aspects of life. With this scheme you have access to a dedicated Healthwise Facilitator to check-in on your progress, set an action plan and carry out a mini health check alongside use of the swimming pool, exercise classes and gym. Escape Pain Programmes. These are 5/6 – week courses to help people manage chronic pain. Each 1 hour session consists of an educational conponent combined with gentle exercise.
