Gymnastics covers many different disciplines.

All are skilled and challenging and require physical strength, agility and co-ordination. Under the overall description of gymnastics lie the individual disciplines and activities of:

  • Men's artistic Gymnastics (includes high bar, parallel bars, rings, floor, vault and pommel horse)
  • Women's Artistic gymnastics (includes uneven bars, beam, floor and vault)
  • Rhythmic Gymnastics

I'M IN Gymnastics launches new disability programme

I’M IN is the new Disability Gymnastics programme from British Gymnastics, which aims to create more participation opportunities for more disabled people in gymnastics.
