Hug congratulations to everyone who took part in the local Cumbria parkrun events as a celebration of International Women's Day #ThisGirlCan.

There are 13 registered parkrun events in Cumbria.  Why not check out the parkrun blog to find your nearest location and discover how to get involved.  You can participate in loads of different ways – you might want to walk, jog, run, volunteer or just go along and spectate and soak up the atmosphere.
