Family Bikeability Training

A free training package to help people living in the same household to cycle together. The training will enable families to develop cycling skills, grow confidence and plan enjoyable/safe rides Sessions are for up to 6 people from one family and at least one trainee must be an adult. All riders must be able to set off, pedal, slow down, and stop.
The Carlisle sessions will take place at Robert Ferguson Primary School (Carlisle) on 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, & 5th August.
In Kendal the venue will be Heron Hill Primary School on 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th & 12th August.
There are morning sessions available from 9am – 12pm and afternoon sessions from 12.30pm – 3.30pm on these dates.
All riders will need to bring along a roadworthy bike and helmet. (ebikes, adaptive bikes, cargo bikes, and bikes with child seats can be accommodated).
