Almost 200 schools carried out their Bikeability Cycle Training from April 2021 to March 2022 across Cumbria, and we would like to thank our training providers Cyclewise and Eden Valley Sports Partnership for their continued hard work and dedication to make this happen.

In total, over 6200 training sessions were delivered across the county, enabling our children, young people and families to gain not only cycle skills but a sense of freedom, a connection to their local environment, independence and confidence.

Cyclewise will be delivering across all 6 districts from 2022 and we hope that our delivery will continue to go from strength to strength. The Active Travel team would like to thank ESVP for their commitment over the past 8 years training pupils in the Eden district.
