We are delighted to announce that Year 2 of our Active Start Early Years programme is now open with new course dates added for this academic term.

If you work in an Early Years setting then why not join over 83 early years settings from across Cumbria who have already benefitted from Active Start - that's 125 early years practitioners successfully completing the free training.

And over 1,250 take home packs have also been distributed providing more opportunities for early years children to be physically active at home.

Active Start focuses upon using physical activity and active play to support children to be healthy, to learn and be active for life. Free resources are provided to support delivery within your own setting.
