Increasing table tennis provision by providing the equipment to initiate participation throughout the school day at breaks, lunch time and after school. A totally new offer for the school, with no equipment or provision on offer previously. |

Kirkby Stephen Grammar School |
Creating a new offer for after school provision in laser tag. A new approach to engaging students in physical activity and offering a reason to stay beyond current school hours to involve themselves with friends in a fun and new activity at the school. |

Samuel King’s School |
Purchasing two trampolines and end decks to enhance provision and get more students active beyond the end of the school day. The additional trampolines will assist in engaging more students per session. Additional to this there has also been investment into dodgeball training and equipment as this has been heavily requested and would encourage more to engage in physical activity. |

Samuel King's School |
Providing instructors and equipment to deliver lunchtime and after school fitness classes and sports sessions for students including spin classes, circuit training, bootcamp, rugby and archery – such activities have helped to boost activity levels for students who would not otherwise have had the opportunity to take part in such sessions. Investment in equipment and training courses needed to allow the school to collaborate with the local football club – for example portable floodlights have made the school’s 3G pitch useable all year round. Providing swimming lessons for year 7 and 8 students who did not attain the expected swim proficiency at Key Stage 2 (due to Covid 19 restrictions at the time) – worthy investment for this important life skill. |
