Who delivers a Run England group?

Groups are delivered by Group Leaders who are fully qualified and insured by England Athletics and will be able to guide the group on fun, friendly and safe routes.

Am I fit enough to run with a group?
We are here to support anyone from absolute beginners to those who used to run and want to get back into it, and beyond through support of knowledgeable and enthusiastic Group Leaders. Whatever you fitness level, age, aspiration, or location you can benefit from being part of the Run England community.

Why run in a group and not alone?
Running with a group can be more fun, safer and will help you achieve more from your running as you have access to a the support, advice and encouragement of a Group Leader and group peers. As well as this your group can help you through the tough days and celebrate your greatest running achievements.

Are groups just for beginners?
If you already have a few miles under your belt you too will be able to find plenty of people just like you in the Run England community. For those who want to progress beyond the group then links with local athletics clubs can help you continue on your journey, it is totally up to you and where your feet will take you.

What's the catch?
There isn't one, there are no hidden costs and there never will be, we are simply here to offer you the support you need to run and keep running regularly, and Run England is a great first step to starting out on your running journey.
