Doorstep Walks

Specially designed 'doorstep walk' guides have been created which suggest walking routes which people in Cumbria can do from their own doorstep.

Walking is a great way for people to improve their health and the suggested routes, are easily accessible and follow good footpaths. The aim is to encourage people to do at least 30 minutes of gentle exercise at least three times a week to improve their overall health and boost their mood also.
