Sportsmatch to re-open for applications on 17 January 2011

The Sportsmatch programme is currently closed to new applications as the remaining budget for this financial year was allocated at the final decision making panel in November. However Sportsmatch will be re-opening to new applications on the 17 January 2011 for projects starting after the 1 April 2011.

The Sportsmatch guidance will be updated in the New Year ready for the re-opening of the programme, so it is advisable to revisit these pages prior to submitting a new application.

Please note that Sport England's Small Grants Programme is still accepting applications for awards of between £300 and £10,000 (the total project cost should not exceed £50,000).
