Sportivate Return2Rounders Barrow

When you ask people about Rounders it brings a smile, revisiting memories of a fun, team sport they played at school.

Rounders is an exciting batting and fielding game where the aim is to hit the ball and run round 4 bases to get a "rounder". Whether you can reach 1st Post or 4th Post, Rounders can give you, your friends and your family a fun sport to help keep you fit and healthy. It can be played by children and adults, and is currently the most popular sport for secondary school girls in Great Britain.

But Rounders is for everyone. Adult teams can be made up of friends, work colleagues, players from other sports looking for a summer game and young people who want to continue playing rounders after leaving school. The initial appeal is that rounders is fun to play, and doesn't involve buying a lot of very expensive equipment.
