Ulverston ARLFC Clubmark Gold

Ulverston ARLFC were presented with the prestigious Clubmark Gold award On the 8th June 2010.  The presentation took place at the Barrow v Whitehaven game at Craven Park.

The Clubmark Gold award is the highest attainable by clubs and displays that the club sets the highest possible standards in safeguarding, administration and club management.  The club and the committee, in particular Nigel Atkinson, worked hard to achieve this award.

Anthony Atherton, Rugby League Development Officer, Cumbria, commented "Nigel is a tireless worker and it's great that the club can benefit from the massive input he has on a weekly basis!"

Ulverston ARLFC are based in the Barrow & South Lakes service area and operates both Junior and Senior rugby teams and always welcome new players or volunteers.
