Playground to Podium in the North West

Last year over 250 young disabled people attended county assessment days as part of the National Playground to Podium Programme. This year the programme is taking place across the whole North West with youngsters taking part in ability days, multi sport clubs, events and competitions. It is anticipated that
nearly 500 youngsters will attend county events where National Governing Body Sports Coaches will be providing quality coaching and looking out for our future Paralympians. For more details about the programme please speak to you county sports partnership or visit the Parasport website.
