Netball's Goalden Globe Awards
It's that time again when England Netball need your help to say a massive thank you to our huge volunteer workforce.
The Goalden Globe Awards 2010 nominations are now open!
All nine England Netball Regions will choose a Regional winner for each of the 10 competitive categories, and these Regional winners will then be put forward as nominees for the National Awards. The National Winners will be announced at the National Goalden Globe Awards 2010 which will be held on Saturday the 18th September at The Athena in Leicester and are kindly supported for a third year by The California Prune Board. Not only will the Regional winners be in with a chance of winning a National Award, they'll also be entered into a special prize draw to win a spa day for 2 courtesy of California Prunes.
With ten different categories, there really is something for everyone. So, now it's down to you....who needs to be recognised in your area? I know that there are many people in our County that need to be recognised and I think that we haver an opportunity to submit many nominations and get our just rewards.
The people who make Netball possible in Cumbria are amazing and need to be recognised.
The nomination forms are attcached and I would be extremely grateful if you would copy me in with your nominations, so I can keep a track of them. Closing date for nominations is 31st March 2010.
