BSUK looking for Youth Panel candidates

BaseballSoftballUK created a Youth Panel in 2009 to recruit and develop the next generation of leaders for baseball and softball in the UK. Young people were invited to join and now the Panel has seven members who meet quarterly. But BSUK is looking for more young people to join.

The idea behind the Panel is to formally engage more young people in the development of the sports, by setting up a pathway and structure that will enable young people to take up leading roles. The Youth Panel is modelled on the Young Ambassadors Programme set up by the Youth Sport Trust.

Because the Youth Panel currently has many tasks in hand to achieve its aims, the members are looking for more young people with enthusiasm to get involved.
