Are you inspired by the London 2012 Paralympic Games? Would you like to get more involved in disability swimming? If so, then come along to the North West Region Disability Swimming Talent Identification Day.

Date: Saturday 3rd December
Venue: Palatine Leisure Centre, St Anne's Road, Blackpool, FY4 2AP
Time: 3:30pm-5:00pm

If you meet the criteria attached then please complete a British Swimming Tracker ID form and return it to the address below by the Friday 18th November.

Disability Groups

Physical - cerebral palsy, amputee, spinal injuries, dwarfism, polio, spina bifida, multiple sclerosis, arthrogryposis

Sensory - visual impairment, hearing impairment

Intellectual - have an IQ of below 75

Selection Criteria

have an impairment
can swim lengths
is between 9-35
would like to take part in competitive swimming

Attendance of the day is by pre arrangement only. Registrations must be received by Friday 18th November
