I lead the Partnership on the development of a World Class Community Sport System in Cumbria. The System is all about bringing together key partners involved in the delivery of sport and physical activity including National Governing Bodies of Sport (NGB's), Local Authority Leisure and Recreation Departments and School Sports Partnerships (SSP's), and connecting them in a co-ordinated structure, with the key aim to increase levels of participation in children and young people as well as adults. 

In my role, I also manage a team of 4 Development Officers comprising: Leadership & Volunteering; Coaching; Club Development & NGBs; and Disability Sport & Equity.
